Lance, or Sir Lancelot as most call him. Elite 4 legend, as the title suggests. He was the final trainer of the Elite 4 in Red, Blue, Yellow, Fire Red, and Leaf Green. His team was ok, just 2 pseudo-legendaries, no big deal. Definitely does not of 2 of the most strong pokemon ever. Definitely not. He was also the champion in Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heart Gold, and Soul Silver. And he has a cape. He's my favorite character for a reason.
