Youngster Joey, or rather Chad Joey. This kid is an absolute legend. Peak design, he has a simple but effective outfit that really shows the purpose of this character. You know he's a legend when his first dialogue is "My Rattata is in the top percentage of Rattata's!" He has incredible skill in battling and no one has ever defeated him in a Pokemon battle. That's how amazing he is.
